Where are your products made?

Our products are made in the United States. In 2020, during "Fashion Revolution Week," we made a pledge to re-patriate all manufacturing to the United States, our home country. Previously, we were working with a handful of manufacturers across the globe, including in India and China, but most of our products were hand-sewn in Austin, Texas, by our team of sewists.

Currently, we are working with a local Austin manufacturer, Barrera Enterprises, an organic cotton infant clothing wholesaler, Colored Organics, and our small team of sewists in Austin.

We have recently opened up a satellite office in Los Angeles, California, where we are looking for long-term manufacturing and materials partners. If you offer sustainable, ethical manufacturing and/or materials in Los Angeles, please send us an email at

*Are your products safe?

Yes! We abide by standard national and international product guidelines, including CPSIA requirements, only using lead-free dyes, and not using any harmful chemicals.

*Is your packaging sustainable?

We care about protecting our planet and are constantly improving the ways we source our packaging. Currently, we are using only recycled, recyclable, or biodegradable packagine. If you have any cool ideas or suggestions, drop us an email at

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

We pride ourselves with using the highest quality materials, including organic cotton, TENCEL, Zorb, Bamboo, Microfleece, and Antimicrobial Silver. To avoid skin allergies and reduce our carbon footprint, we stay away from polyester entirely. However, we do suggest rubbing any new material on the underside of your arm before wearing out of the house, to check for skin allergies.

Orders & Returns

How do I track my order?

Before your order leaves our hands, we will scan it and mark it as "shipped" in our system. Depending on the shipping method you selected at checkout, you will be able to retrieve your tracking information through the email we sent. Look for an email with the subject line: "Shipping Confirmation."

Where can I view my order history?

Once you've signed in to your account, click the 'user' icon in the site navigation. This will take you to a page called "Order History," where all previous orders made under this account are logged.

Can I cancel my order?

If you think you've made a mistake, you may try cancelling your order online. If this isn't possible, send us an email at and explain what you would like us to do for you. Please indicate your request in the subject line (e.g. 'Cancel order,' 'Wrong shipping address,' 'Return,' 'Incorrect Size,' etc.).

What do I do if I received the wrong item or size?

We're sorry about that! We try our best to get you exactly what you ordered, but mistakes do happen on occasion. Please email us at with your order number and the missing/damaged items and we'll get everything sorted at no extra cost to you.


How do I track my order?

We use UPS, DHL and USPS, depending on your location and speed. Note that UPS and DHL regularly handoff to USPS for the final leg of delivery to your doorstep.

How can I edit my shipping address?

If you need to change your shipping address, please email as soon as possible. Please note that we often process orders very quickly and may not be able to modify or cancel your order once it has been shipped. 

When can I expect to receive my order?

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (orders placed after 1pm PST are processed the next business day), and have the below estimated delivery times. Please note business days exclude weekends and holidays.

North America: 

United States: 4-8 business days

Canada: 7-12 business days

Everywhere Else: 7-21 business days

When will my credit card get charged?

Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.

Do you provide free products to influencers and content creators?

Can I sign up to be a product tester?

If you are interested in testing products relevant to your disability and/or chronic illness(es), please send an email to, stating your interest and providing us with some more detail about you.
